Living a healthy lifestyle! And stress less. Good for the body and the soul
To relax on a beach somewhere with a drink in my hand!
Working out and tone up. Cut back on food portions and eat less sugary foods. I'm also working on making my mind stronger by forgetting about past mistakes and forgiving more. Life is short and I want to enjoy it more.
Start walking regularly again, learn more about essential oils, less processed food and more massages!
Quit smoking and stress less
2015 is my year for health & healing. As I battle Lupus, Sjogrens, Raynauds, Fibromyalgia, and Pseudo Cerebri. I've been focusing on my health. In Nov I learned I need a right hip replacement. I turned it over to God. I plan to pour into my health little by little. Essential Oils, Juice Plus, clean eating, massage, prayer and NOT being my critic. I've heard GREAT thing's about "Green Tea". Would be greatly appreciative should I be selected as a WINNER. I'm ready for 2015 and see God help SO many people in reaching their goals and Him receiving the credit!
As part of my healthcare I will go to The Green - Tree Day spa every chance I can! It is a wonderful place to recharge your Battery.
To eat better. Get more exercise. Read/Study my Bible/pray daily.
