We did receive some helpful criticism about the way that our customer survey works.  Unfortunately, you're only able to rate one time (even if you have had multiple services by multiple technicians).  This is something that we are speaking to our software management system about for future services.  Hopefully, we will find a way to work with our software to allow you to rate your services separately.  In the time being, if you'd like to make several comments about different technicians, please let us know in the comment section.

What is a Heated Stone Massage?

FAQ Body Wraps

WHAT CAN I DO TO PREPARE FOR A BODY WRAP? 

1. Make sure you are drinking half your body’s weight in ounces of water daily to help prevent a niacin build up during the wrap
2. Do not not apply any lotions, creams or perfumes prior to the wrap appointment
3. We recommend bringing a two piece swimsuit to your appointment.  Or, be prepared to wear your bra and underwear or use disposable garments provided by our wrap technician.

WHEN I GET A BODY WRAP IS THE INCH LOSS PERMANENT? 

Yes.  As long as you avoid putting toxins back in your body, are following a healthy eating program and implement exercise into your daily routine and drinking ½ your body’s weight in ounces daily.  Think of it like exercising and eating healthy- if you lose weight but start eating at McDonalds again, you'll end up gaining back that weight.

AFTER A BODY WRAP HOW MANY INCHES CAN I EXPECT TO LOSE? 

You can expect to lose 4-14 during each treatment.

DOES THE WRAP REALLY HELP WITH CELLULITE? 

Yes. Our wraps work from the outside-in to help soften hard cellulite and break down by increasing circulation and lymphatic cleansing.

WILL BODY WRAPS HELP MY FIBROMYALGIA PAIN? 

Yes.  Our body wraps help stimulate lymphatic flow, and circulation to help soothe Fibromyalgia pain.  They are also very warm and pampering which can be ideal for anyone who is experiencing any type of muscle or joint pain.

CAN I HAVE A BODY WRAP IF I HAVE HAD CANCER? 

Yes and no.  If you have had cancer treatments in the last 2 years it is not recommended that you have a body wrap (due to toxins being stirred up in the circulatory system).  Once one has been in remission from cancer for more than 2 years, they may have a body wrap with their physicians consent.

CAN I HAVE A BODY WRAP IF I AM PREGNANT? 

No. We would always advise one to wait until they are no longer pregnant to use any products that are detoxifying to the body because toxins are stirred up in the body.

Spray Tanning Spa FAQ

What should I wear to my spray tanning appointment?

Please come in loose, dark clothing.  Tight sports bras, shoes, or jeans can irritate the color and cause unevenness.  Do not shower with any products at least two hours before your appointment.  Shave and scrub ALL color off from previous spray tans or sunless tanners for best results.

How do I make it last?

 Don't sweat or get wet for 8 hours and try not to touch your skin with your fingertips during that time.  Avoid spray sunscreens because they’ll strip the color completely. Take cool, quick showers during the week. 

When you are ready for a fresh tan, spot exfoliate as needed until the tan is completely gone. Then you’re ready for the next!

What products can I use to make it last even longer?

We suggest using Yon-Ka Bonne Mine.  It is light and quickly absorbed. Bonne Mine is a tinted self-tanning cream which imbues the skin with a lovely golden hue and provides gradual, even tanning.

We also suggest using this tip for a golden glow on the go: use the Eminence Sun Defense Minerals with SPF30 and set it with any other their hydrating mists.

New Year Resolutions
